2. A directory, not an agency

Escort Club provides advertising listings only. We do not employ, represent or control any advertiser, and we are not party to any arrangement made between users and advertisers. Any services described are between you and the independent advertiser.

3. Advertiser responsibilities

• You must be 18+ and legally entitled to advertise.
• All information and photos must be accurate and your own.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Prohibited content

We remove and, where appropriate, report any content or conduct involving:

• anyone under 18, or content that appears to depict a minor;
• human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any kind;
• stolen or misleading photos, impersonation, or fraud.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or republish listings, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for any breach of these terms.

6. No warranty & liability

The site is provided "as is". We verify advertisers where we can (see Verification) but cannot guarantee any listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escort Club is not liable for interactions between users and advertisers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
